Workshops 2026
Whether you're trying Paverpol and mixed media for the first time or developing existing skills, you'll meet fellow creative people and leave with a unique sculpture to proudly take home.
Workshops are held at my studio in Builth Wells, usually from 10am–4pm, and include all materials.
Places are limited to ensure everyone receives personal attention, so early booking is recommended. I also offer bespoke workshops for groups of friends on weekdays or weekends.

How to Make an Elegant Figurine workshop
Date: Thursday 17th September
What we’ll be doing
We’ll spend the day making a Paverpol figurine (about 45cm tall) from scratch. You’ll learn:
- how to build the armature (that’s the skeleton/structure),
- how to shape the body,
- how to add the features, clothing and texture using Paverpol,
- and finishing touches so you leave with something beautiful to display at home.
No prior experience is needed — just bring your creativity (and perhaps something you don’t mind getting a little messy like an apron and/or old clothes).
- All materials will be provided.
- You’ll take home your completed figurine.
- Time: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with breaks)
- Cost: £90
- Why you might love this. A chance to work in an intimate, relaxed setting — I keep my workshop numbers small (1-6 people) so every attendee gets plenty of attention and support.
- Meet others who love creativity and sculptural art.
- A chance to try something new (or build on existing skills) with Paverpol and mixed media.
- A beautiful project to take home — both a keepsake and something crafted by you.
To make sure everyone has a great experience, I only take a few people on each date. So if you’re interested, booking early is the best way to avoid disappointment.
